Happy New Year!

2012 started with a beautiful Quadrantid Meteor Shower (as usual). It took place on the night of Tuesday, Jan. 3 and the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 4 with a peak at 2 a.m. EST (0700 GMT).

I myself lacked to catch any picture of a Quadrantid meteor. But I found a couple nice pictures on the web.
